WHO … IS IN THE BAND
The Management has slimmed down and drastically reduced the volume! Today we perform primarily as a duo on guitar and bass – perfect for occasions where people want to socialize and not be driven out of the room. By request, however, we can ramp things up as a trio with the addition of drums, but we’ll still be a relatively quiet act. Here are the credentials:
Dudley
Dudley Forsyth – (bass and guitar) has played with various rock bands since 1997 and performed in many countries around the world from Trinidad to Singapore. Drives the big black coach and keeps it shiny. Also provides a grateful rock-music world with the best rehearsal studios anywhere.
OTHER: gymnast and races downhill mountain-bikes. Not grown up yet then…
Mike
Mike Wilton – (guitar) has been songwriting and performing for the last 24 years, particularly with his own originals band, The Standard Lamps. The Lamps released several EP’s and were the support act for The Who on their last two UK tours. Today, also goes out solo and as The Mike Wilton Band.
OTHER: got a baby son, so no time for much else!
Pete
Stix O’Flaherty – (drums) has more experience than the other two put together! Mentored by the legendary Pete Phipps, he’s played for more bands than you can shake a drumstick at. A man of the Glam-Rock era, he’s the last original member of The Glitter Band and has Sweet, Mud and Eurythmics amongst his credits.
OTHER: Master and teacher of Tai-Chi.
